WHo we are

Hello. I’m Madelana Ferrara, M.A. I’m a Certified Trager Practitioner (CTP) as well as a Certified Yoga Therapist (CYT) and Experienced Yoga Teacher (e-RYT 500). I have been studying, practicing and teaching for 3 decades. I fully embraced and gradually adopted a completely Yogic lifestyle. The desire for feeling more peaceful and living a more balanced life brought me to the practices. The results of living that life have kept me committed. I like working privately with my clients to help them integrate Yogic practices into their lifestyle and enhance the way they live as well as sharing the joy of Trager Approach because it feels so good and creates a potent impact. I also utilize essential oils and incorporate other integrating modalities into my private work. When working with small & large groups, I love sharing information and practices that can support and enhance their healthy lifestyles. I have taught thousands of people and influenced hundreds of teachers over the years. It would be my pleasure to share what I have learned and what I believe in to help you find the right practice for living the life that you desire for yourself.

Hello. My name is Debby. I have been a student of yoga for over 25 years and a teacher for over 14. I became a Trager Practitioner knowing that the work would enhance my teaching plus give my clients a new way to reach optimal wellness. As an Experienced Yoga Teacher (e-RYT), I have spent the last five years focusing on structural integrity and personalizing yoga practices for my clients and students to strengthen and improve their bone health. People with bone density issues require a specialized level of care, knowledge and attention when practicing yoga. Safe and effective yoga is of the utmost importance to me when I am teaching these particular students. I am an avid user of essential oils and have spent many years developing ways to incorporate effective use of high quality oils into my work with clients. My personal goal is to reach as many people as I can and help them discover how Trager and yoga can help them reach optimal health.

Rick began his spiritual journey 30 years ago when he began studying ancient religions, the practice of Pranic Healing and Native American traditions. The practice of yoga brought together his awareness of the mind, body and spirit connection. This naturally led Rick to his current path of study in the field of massage and Trager Approach bodywork, partner yoga and Couples Thai Yoga. He is a licensed massage therapist and a certified Trager Practitioner. Rick loves sharing his wisdom regarding the mind-body connection and his insights into how to MIND YOUR BODY.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Worker, my commitment is to empower you to fully participate in maintaining the wellness of body, mind, and spirit. I believe bodywork goes beyond tending to muscles as one’s discomfort or pain is merely a symptom of an imbalance. The imbalance could be physical: the result of illness, unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, or lack of quality sleep. The imbalance may also be the result of mental, emotional, or spiritual needs not being met. No aspect (mind, body, spirit) of a person is overlooked when holistic treatment is sought. My intention is to create the conditions for realignment so that you have the opportunity to reach your ultimate potential. I offer a wide range of massage modalities including a Japanese nontouch healing art known as Seimei. The work is experiential and the effects are immediate and continue over time. I am also trained in the use of essential oils and will incorporate these into a treatment as needed. I customize my work based upon a client’s specific needs and conditions. Member of the ABMP / Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. CPR and First Aid Certified. Appointments are available for evenings and weekends.
